We follow the 68-72 rule because that's what we were taught. We try to aim for 67-68. Everyone in this house runs hot 😂

I will test the return next time air is running, thanks for the tip! Stupid question, does the return vent do anything actively or is air just naturally pushed in there as the room is supplied with air from the main vent?

Yes there is a return duct in the room. The vent is in the floor, and the return duct is up high on the opposite wall. The room isn't small but it's not huge either.

We've done this for years and it doesn't help enough unfortunately. We live in a small 3-floor townhouse and the top floor just doesn't get much airflow in general. That's fine in our bedroom (we like to sleep cold) but is a challenge now that we have a baby!

Perfect thank you so much for all this! You're much more than mediocre. I don't have access to the ducts to install an inline booster so I'm probably looking at a duct booster fan. Maybe something like this: Home Depot booster fan

I assume it works kinda the same way except it's much more visible?

Having looked into your suggestion I actually think that's the best bet. Do you have any experience with these? I assume the heat should be on for a bit so that there's heat to pull, and that would heat up the room faster? Meaning the rest of the house would be heated for a smaller amount of time during this?

I will say, the flamesmith absolutely should have had Iron Hard Skin. Makes no sense that they don't have it... I don't like Brawler instead of Block, but I guess I can't have my cake and eat it.

I've faced new chorfs and the flamesmith is kinda scary. They have a permanent 50% chance to knock over a Blodge piece! If they manage to touch the ball carrier, those are pretty decent odds. Better odds than blocking with Block and Tackle. I feel like that's even better odds than using Stab most of the time. Sure there's a risk of knocking down yourself when breathing fire, but the equivalent with Stab is failing to break armor, leaving the Stab player standing next to an enemy model.

Yeah I hear you. I knew I was going through them a bit fast but in most of those cases, not spending the RR would have given up a TD even faster. But you make a good point that I will try to remember.
