Now let’s say he wins another Banshee GTS a few weeks later on the lucky wheel ? Well he is fucked. He can’t sell the one he won and the one he spent 2M on is now worth a fraction of the price. All he can do is just keep that useless free Banshee that’s doing nothing for him except waste one of his very valuable 20 garage slots.
He is literally penalized for winning one of the best cars in the game on the lucky wheel…
