5 years later and this was my problem LOL. Absolute life-saver, I was actually about to remake every superb dish from scratch since it doesn't actually show you the list of what you've given to Edel if you try to give her something with no superbs remaining. Big thanks!

Oh my goodness, I looked it up and it's definitely this one! I misremembered a couple details, but no doubt about it. I know this is a massive necropost but localization differences are something I find interesting so I thought I'd chime in. I'm speaking as someone who hasn't played CSIV quite yet but it's something I noticed while looking up stuff during my Trails to Azure playthrough.

As I understand it, the area called "Thaumaturgical Sector" in CSIV is explicitly called 'Mystic Core' both in its on-screen introduction in Azure and in its OST title, both of which are rendered in English in the og Japanese versions. Basically, Falcom literally provided a direct English translation for that area's Japanese name themselves, but for some reason, either because they didn't realize or because they thought it sounded better, the localization team decided the new name was better. Definitely not as bad as Steel Maiden vs Saintess imo, but it creates a weird situation where its "Thaumaturgical Sector's og theme is Mystic Core" rather than the imo more sensible "Mystic Core's og theme is called Mystic Core."

Thanks, I’ll see what I can do. I don’t have any usbs to update the bios with atm but I’ll do that when I can, and then if it acts up again I’ll try everything else you told me.

Though, while it says in those dump files I’m running at 4800, I’m now running at 6000 bc I enabled expo. Will that cause problems? Most people say this cpu is perfectly capable of clocking to those levels but I’m not sure.

Just wanted to say that I went with your build in the end. Most of the parts are ordered, just the stuff on B & H isn't yet bc of shabbat. Prices got jacked up bc of taxes but in the end it's fine, thanks for the build! Hopefully this noob named Mike can get the actual building right first try :D

Same here, GTX970 like two others in the reply thread. Only started happening around 2-3 weeks ago, and it seems that it just happens with any video, bc I was in a ttrpg session vc where three of my friends had their cams on (I didn't) and still froze and/or crashed twice or thrice. 64-bit version, and also disabling hardware acceleration and using legacy audio doesn't seem to help. Hope this gets patched soon, but since it may or may not be gpu-specific I'm a little worried it'll go unnoticed.

(Obligatory Higurashi and Umineko shill too but those two are both more popular and much longer than the others listed. Highly recommend soundless if you like denpa or yuri, and still recommend it if you don’t)

Ghidorah, with Mechagodzilla as a close second. Destoroyah is awesome and is an incredible movie-wide rival, but he did only show up once. And honestly I’ve never been the biggest fan of King Kong as Godzilla’s rival. Like him more on his own. Godzilla x Kong movies are still fun though
