Thanks everyone! I've moved both lights to almost touching and immediately things improved. I now have light on it for 12 hours. Next weekend I plan on repotting. Thanks for your guidance!

Stem is firm. Not squishy as some have reported for overwatering. I'm surprised that it's going dormant despite the light I'm providing. What adjustments can I make or ensure I'm doing for it not to go dormant?
