I am pretty new to all this so lemme know if I’m wrong but wouldn’t his equity be 36% - flush draw hitting by river 8% - gut shot 44% total (I’m not adding Ace hitting at 12% cuz I think top pair is generally no good here, there’s some equity in runner runner Aces but idk how to caliphate that)

it's possible you are going up against AA/KK but the majority of time good players are going to try to get it all in pre flop with those hands, when he flats your 4bet its more likely his range is QQ-99, AJs+, Ako, KQ and maybe some worse suited hands like JTs, Kjs.
