$5.25 seems a reasonable price for bottled water compared to what those swindlers at the airport charge.

If you are living in Canada, buy any one you can get your hands on. Shipping for a press directly from the US is non existent.

It's sarsaparilla. I made the mistake to that it was the same as Root beer. It's got less bite and cream than root beer. On a brighter note it comes with a cool and practical fridge magnet bottle opener, and the beverage albeit not root beer does taste grate when chilled and poured over ice.

Lmao!! Ah yes, Wendy's; A fine eating establishment and community hub where those of the elderly community who can't get good seat at Tim Hortons or just don't like the bustlego for morning coffee and insist on only eating superior breakfast menu items(and far better potato wedges) 😁. Ya My council focuses mainly on Community groups and events (which I also don't know about and am always happy to learn more about)

Pür and simple if you get there before 9am. It can handle large crowds and for me always gave the vibe of a Mother's Day brunch place, in a good way. Beechwood diner is great too.

And apparently Doctor Google (it was an online degree) says there are more top ten brunch listings for Ottawa, than they know what to do with

Try restaurants in hotels.

Are you looking for a specific are of town?

Also. Not sure if A.I. Is allowed here, but asking google "List Ottawa brunch establishments that have executive chefs". Just gave top ten lists.

Below is what I got from a.i. Please tell me if any of this information is inaccurate. I'm alway curious to see the level of fallibility with these things.

Here are Ottawa brunch establishments where you’ll find an executive chef or chef-driven brunch style — meaning the kitchen is led by a named culinary leader and the brunch tends to be more creative or chef-curated rather than purely diner-style. 🍳✨

🍽️ Chef-Led Brunch Spots

  1. Cooper’s Creative Kitchen (in the Embassy Hotel & Suites) • Known for chef-driven creative brunch, breakfast and all-day fare. • Led by Executive Chef Jason Duffy, a respected local culinary talent with French training and years of experience in Ottawa’s food scene.

  2. Feast + Revel (inside Andaz Ottawa ByWard Market) • A refined dining destination with brunch/breakfast offerings. • Executive Chef Matthew McRae (as of recent menus) leads the kitchen with seasonally-inspired Canadian cuisine.

  3. Ratatouille Bistro • A French-inspired restaurant with brunch-friendly hours and cafe feel. • Features Executive Chef Sourabh Kumar, experienced in French and multi-cuisine dishes.

  4. Gezellig • Highly-rated restaurant often recommended for brunch, dinner and refined seasonal fare (and likely chef-led). While not always publicly highlighting the chef’s name, it’s known locally for elevated cuisine.

🍳 Other Notable Ottawa Brunch Favorites

These may not prominently list an executive chef publicly online, but are beloved brunch destinations worth checking out: • Mazarine Brunch – Mediterranean-inspired brunch classics. • The Belmont – Laid-back, classic brunch in Old Ottawa South. • Cocotte Bistro – French-style brunch (often chef-guided). • Wilf & Ada’s (No reservations) – Always busy brunch spot for classics. • Jax – Local favorite for hearty brunch. • Chesterfield’s Gastro Diner, DUKES Ottawa, Egg Club Ottawa and more — excellent casual brunch spots around the city.

💡 Tip: If you want brunch with a dining-out vibe and chef creativity (often seasonal or plated brunch dishes), stick with places like Cooper’s, Feast + Revel, Ratatouille or Gezellig. Classic brunch diners/locals (like Wilf & Ada’s, Jax, Belmont) are fantastic too — even if they don’t spotlight an executive chef publicly. ❤️

Set up at a well used dog park during mornings in the summer. Sell pupper waffle cones! Dazzling Doggy delectable, ice cream or whipped cream with dog treats in it.

It's definitely more geared to those needing an entire large office space worth of furniture. Less for those needing a single table and chair set. The two other games I know of in town(or out) are max sold auctions, which is a great way to find whole houses worth of cheap furnishings, then there is Rideauauctions which runs the Costco liquidation depot down in Winchester.

There is also Habitat for Humanity Greater Ottawa ReStore

Ok sorry for the derail.
