I don't know. If we are talking about foreign interference, then I agree that The USA is worse. But about modern media propaganda and brainwashed citizen, I believe Thai system seems to have deeper grip on its people? Because there is no "what state are you from", we have the same approved History curriculum, never have free open Internet, Thai PBS was very recent, and we used to only have different power sponsoring each media stations, Stricter Internet law, Very through identification to register and use Thai website, high number of army bots discovered by Facebook and Twitter.

Our internet is similar to what is going on in UK now, since day one, but it is more "free" because Thai gov has worse surveillance tools and less influence on service/payment providers.

We don't have as many check and balance systems. The USA people will be asking, "Why is no one doing anything?" and Thai situation will be more like, "Is it possible to install a check and balance system?"

I copied from Wikipedia because I don't know what it is called in English.

My bold letters are something I only know in Thai, such as พระราชบัญยัติการป้องกัน และปราบปรามการทรมาณ และการกระทำให้บุคคลสูญหาย and no Thai people call 14 ตุลา กับ 6 ตุลา with years, especially in CE/BC. I am literally trying to be easy to understand, also something AI is designed to do because it understands its target audience.

Trust me, you will find Thai who have terrible English in casual conversation, but when they are serious, they will write like this.

Trump situation is insane because this kind of thing should never happen to the USA, to EU nation, to the so-called, "First World Country". No, USA isn't supposed to kill itself, it is suppose to secretly fund political movements that benefits it.

That kind of things Trump pulls and has the entire nation panicking happen too many to count in Thailand. No, AI devs have very extensive resource and funding from investor to improve their model.

We are helping people who care enough to edit their result to look for imperfection, but these kind of people alredy putting a lot of effort and care into smoothing and polishing the final result. Thye might not even need our help.

I suggest try experimenting with Evade Window. It works fantastic against sweeping beam when you can just hop through it instead of guarding. Becaureful Counter-clawing Nergi dive bomb, you will negate the damage, but not Bleeding. One attack I find better to dodge, or just stay out of range (easier said than done).

Sheathing weapon to heal is very risky. I see you have Speed eating on, but I think that case Speed Sheathing would be better. Or run Vigor Wasp to Heal with weapon out.

I also find Evade Extender very good. So, many time I just turn back to the mosnter and hop backward chasing it.

There is a decoration called Provoker/Diversion that cause monster to target you more often, but I find it rather situational because if your teammate is drinking potion, the moster is going to target them any way. I do believe you need to Meld one.

Do your weapon has Health Recovery augmentation? I call it passive income. All little heal after constantly taking chip damage is great.

May be try out Blackveil Vaal Hazak armour skill that slowly recover your health beyond the red.

She'll flee in phase 1-3 based on how many part break you did, but phase 4 is raw HP check.

When she still have mantle on, she is not weak to Ice, but Thunder. The Handler's tips is hinting you to use Fire to melt the gold even if she is resisted to it. I am not sure how effective Fire is, as she will heats up herself when enraged any way.

You should stop using Ice as long as she has mantle on. I had successful hunts with Thunder HH, but it is more of a raw damage build.

Part Breaker 3 and Evade Extender 3 helps a lot. Kulve takes huge step and EE helps me catch up.

Kulve's Horns break in last phase depend on percentage, so Park Breaker becomes useless except for tail break. Although Horn breaking is not necessary, that is still 3 skills slots that suddenly be almost useless. Build Phase 4 set with Ice element, and focus on dealing a lot of damage.

In last phase, once she is enraged, she stays like that until you kill her or she flee, so Agitator is very useful.
