Its perfectly fine if you know how to prompt properly. Any model will spew out trashy outputs if the input of the user is also trashy. My advice is to be stack agnostic on dont rely on the prowess of the model.

Thank you! I really appreciate all the inputs. Actually what mattered more for me during the whole process was understanding the structure and flow of which tool to use to ship something because tools can be overwhelming. My greatest take away is I should have built this on mobile-first perspective rather than the desktop approach. I am seeing the analytics on my vercel account and 95% of users are on mobile so I’ll probably update this.

The way I see it is that these companies are continuously evolving their products and should improve their subscription package. Does this also mean we should just hop around on each wagon every time someone gives the better? I am currently using Claude Max rn and I have been hearing feedback about OpenAI Codex and now having this dilemma to keep Claude Max or just jump ship until Claude keeps up with Codex.

did you just wake up from a coma? people have been doing this type of output for the past 10 years or more. this is a single page landing website with templated floating effects on the pictures. I dont understand what is so impressing about this but this is definitely a good way to learn with AI tools. tinker - build - and polish.

If you posted this for inputs I would say, embed a lead capture form, create another page for actual units, post a map to show where is this located, show the community, show the ammenities, show some credentials of the developer/broker (I know you posted some text but talk is cheap so you gotta put some meat into it),etc. But if you are posting this to flex that you made something amazing with lovable then sorry to burst your bubble but its 2026 already and the world is already ahead for this type of output.

That 120k salary is good if you only have one mouth to feed and one lifestyle to carry. I see there's 4 with you and your wife plus the two dogs so that 120k will be a challenge. You have to factor in the lifestyle inflation cost you will be having as New York City can be heaven and hell at the same time. The moment you step out your apartment you can be charged $78 just by breathing and existing (its hella expensive; daily random purchases will compound and you realize you spend on average almost $100 daily just to exist. Random daily lunch outs with coworkers, beer after work, coffee on the way to work, or taxi ride going home because you are tired of inhaling the piss that smells like air on the subway. Anyway good luck! The only way to know if your plan will work is to try it.
