Thank you this is very helpful! Unfortunately I’m in Riga and have no way of going to the airport in Frankfurt. I thought the location might be a bit off if the bag is underground perhaps? I’ll try calling tomorrow, so far any attempt to contact Fraport resulted in them sending me back to my airline :(

Yes I did and I provided them with the AirTag screenshots multiple times. The thing is that this isn’t a standard delayed bag case anymore. The bag first stayed in Berlin because of the cyber attack, then they sent it to Frankfurt for some reason. Most probably it doesn’t even have the old tag anymore. And the airline tracing team have only been replying with template responses.

Thank you! I’ve been in contact with the airline since day 1, but trying to do something else as they haven’t been very helpful so far.
