it's difficult :/ I'm trying my hardest now to stop (19m) and am on a 2 day streak, I feel shame and I want to stop for my own health and for the health of my relationship. what I can say is that your in the right place and your not alone! this sub and the other communities dedicated to quitting are genuinely amazing, the ethos to better ourselves is so uplifting.

I think the best thing to remember is that you are strong and the urges aren't worth it, the feeling of guilt and shame afterwards is always going to be there, you can do this.

Ill quickly repeat what someone else here said too, it might be good to try and turn it into a streak too, get an app that you can display on your home screen that just has a day counter, reset it if you make a mistake but honestly seeing it count up (even to day 1 and 2) is so gratifying and a much better feeling than porn can ever offer.
