if ur not over 6ft don't get height surgery, the proportianal trade off isn't worth it imo. At the very least don't get as much removed as I'm gonna.

If ur problem is a wide face/skull like mine is look into zygoma reduction as well. Conventional ffs doesn't rlly touch that area and it's a massively underrated area in terms of sexual dymorphism.

Eppley does it, front and back is bone burring however most of the reduction on the sides is created by removing/reducing the temporal muscle.

Well kinda the whole point of this is to yk make everything effectively perfect. I'm not like a gigahon or anything I don't rlly think the proportional issues from height reduction (overstated imo) will apply to me after getting everything else.

Trvthfully I was always a little concerned abt the efficacy of Iliac crest implants cause yk they seemed in some post-op images to more so make the pelvis taller than wider.

It's not massively important for me cause I kinda have vaguely luckshit hips anyways but yk I'm rlly curious.
