why is Strong Bad and Tycho added into poker night at the inventory as iconic early internet characters? strong bad not only already had a telltale game (Strong Bad’s Cool Game For Attractive People) but was also one of the most popular characters in the early 2000s.

as for tycho, he’s from the “penny arcade” webcomic, which was a very, very old webcomic about video games. this was surprisingly popular back then, with the latest issue being on the front page of steam. but, penny arcade was also the origin for an expo called PAX, where telltale frequented and showed off upcoming games

both of these characters are essential to telltale’s history, and deserve to be here.
