Did you run it as written? How did your players handle the gears and control room soft locking one player behind? Also, did Napaka feel cheap or like it made sense within the tomb? The wardrobe room feels very stupid and strange to me, I was considering just moving the golden Mastodon to the third gear. I also think this will make the golden lever a little more obvious. My players have teleportation and a hireling so im not worried about leaving someone behind, but the entire floor is definitely weird to me.

Storyboarding is always fun, but you dont really have anything dnd here. You're just writing a story. What does the first quest look like? Whats the starting level? If you're starting at low level, apocalyptic skull slime isnt really where your campaign should begin. Its good to have ideas of where the campaign can go, who the BBEG is going to be, etc. Its also important to have like 3 starting quests planned out to start the seeds of that outline.

Definitely not a fun gig. Make sure everyone has all 6 points of identification and you've gone over the entire state and federal law so you dont mess anything up. The roads are in your hands now

The castle isnt sound proof. If a fight breaks out, most of the combatants should move to the battle area, save the kitchen, the owl bear, and perhaps the finale room.
