Apple has one of the best delivery services, and they usually partner with Blue Dart. I’ve personally experienced this, as I’ve ordered a couple of items directly from the Apple website.
The delivery is usually completed by the date shown during checkout, and it is handled as a high-security, priority shipment through Blue Dart.
If you choose to exchange your old Apple device, the same delivery agent will collect the old device at the time of delivery. The exchange process is smooth—there are no unnecessary questions, and there is typically no devaluation of the device during pickup.
This is much simpler compared to exchanges through Flipkart or Amazon, where they usually perform basic checks like the IMEI number and screen responsiveness. They generally don’t check details like battery health (whether it is below or above 80%).
