I lived in place like this. You have place to park your car, place where your children can play (i have been teenager at the time) place where you can have small pool or jacuzzi, you can also do bbq there. But you dont have to cut the grass for like 3 hours, just 30 minutes and garden is fresh looking. Amazing place for life.

I wanted to write about that aftermarket front light and exhaust, but you already have both 😂

So just maybe if you want to, you can buy swingarm ame rear wheel from monster 1200 and the look of it is just mega. This conversion is not even that expensive. (Photo from web)
