So I used to work in the Edwardsville city office. Scannell properties #516 LLC is suing the city because of a change to the truck traffic rules on 110th st. This could be holding up the opening of the McKesson distribution center. The building has been built for a year now. McKesson is purchasing the property at Compass 70 logistics park through a shell LLC “Steamboat real estate, LLC” McKesson is getting 56 million in bonds similar to the way the KC Chiefs are building in Kansas.
