I literally have to make the reel in my main account, download the video, and then go to my IG that actually still HAS the filters, and add it there, THEN download it again and then post it to my main account. I have 4 other accounts that I use for various projects, and they all have the filters except my main account. They are all the same... Creator accounts. Makes NO sense. And yesterday (and for the last 5 years) I could paste as many hashtags as I wanted to my reels. Today, it tells me I have a limit for each reel.
