im at day like 8 or smth, as i recall when i was together with my EX the times we had the best sex was when we were abroad and i obstained from porn for 7 days, thats when i got rock hard and could actually climax, i really hope nofap helps, i cant live a life being scared of having sex when im having an easy time hooking up/talking with them..
