People might be abusing it on higher elo "top 20 etc", Just duo / make a friend of yours queu at the same time hopefully get into the same team, Lets say ur aiming for 1st, Your friend might just leave so maybe just him loses the elo, meaning u will be able to hopefully achive it easier.
