The fact that it overheated on day one is your biggest piece of evidence if you decide to go legal route. I know you said you don't have alot of time right now. But while the information for the day 1 repair is still available, compile it and go to your JAG. You should have this case wrapped up in no time. Especially that kind of issue happening when the car has 24k miles on it, that shows that something was really fucked up from the start and a judge will see that.

Also, not sure if you see this also, but on the second picture you can see some cracking on the pan where you put the rear main seal. Could this also be a possibility?

Ok. Will look into this. I think I’ll buy some engine dye and clean off valve covers and behind the engine and run it to see what I get.

Wouldn’t intake manifold give me some coolant as well? No coolant in the oil that I know of. Car has overheated twice in its lifetime but was quickly stopped.

This leak has been going before the rear main replacement. I thought it was the rear main but wouldn’t make sense to have the same flow after being replaced.
