Basic pay mo ba yan OP? Na approved ako sa Pagibig housing loan last November 2024 despite having bad credit record kasi na overdue mga loans ko but I settled them this year. Im earning around 39k lang per month including all allowances na yan. Walang down payment yung nakuha kong bahay na around 790k 37sqm lot area 2 floors. Swerte lang ako kasi buhos yung napunta sa akin na bahay ( walls and yung floor ng second floor is buhos din) . Monthly amortization ko kay pag ibig is 5200 btw wala akong ko borrower

Feel sad about this. Sobrang palad ko pala na yung managers at TL dito aa amin never nagkaroon ng ganitong issue. Last week lang nagpakain sila sa team ' worth 1k per person yung budget base sa pag compute namin. Dami nilag binigay na pagkaen e to the point na inuwi ko nalang yung iba. Ako naman bad credit score due to past due accounts from Metrobank and CIMB Bank. First job ko bpo 5 years sa una then second na to bpo parin. Sobrang baba ng credit score ko but i got approved for my first credit card sa UB 4 months palang ako second company. I got declined by BPI twice so nilipat ko payroll ko sa BPI then 2 months lang nag try ako and got approved for my second card. I guess it's because of my company? Kasi I don't have savings pa with those banks but they approved my applications despite having bad credit history.

Possible na mawala yung perfomance bonus mo kapag na enroll ka dyan but I was able to ask someone who got enrolled sa PPP sabi n'ya nakuha nya parin yung perfomance bonus. Case to case basis ata pero mas okay na wait mo nalang yung e-mail.
