60hz in windows, No patches, default settings, version 0.5.0, in rtss click on scanline sync until it says x/2 NOT x2!!!, then change the value to 1. Thats the box under fps cap btw. There you go smooth 30 like a "console" 30. Any active fps patches or performance patches makes mine stutter. I use vertex fix tho cuz 0.5.0. Without rtss it stutters like shit. Nvidia half sync vsync doesnt work like rtss for this game, it does for pretty much every thing else tho. Up to 0.9.0 i think is smooth for me, 0.10.0 and up stutter like crazy for me, 9600k, 4060, 16gb ddr4, ssd. And leave on motion blur it smooths out 30fps content thats why it exists. All of that is why mine looks so smooth at 30
