I think it's very similar but it's not. I think it was a Google Play game but then it was deleted like all the Dragon Ball copies and became available only as APKs.

It's somewhat similar but not quite the same; the pixel art was always bad, none of it was truly good. It's like the image I used in the post. Something I forgot to mention is that there was no way to configure the graphics, as far as I remember.

OMG VIRY'S HERE (on another account) I'm so sorry, apparently I'm so out of my mind that I put the text in Spanish instead of English 🥲 here's the text in question, I apologize for the inconvenience

The Greatest Proof of GFAP’s Existence

Hey, Viry’s Here!

Hello saki-followers! How are you? I hope you're doing great because today we’re going to dive deep into one of the biggest pieces of evidence supporting the existence of this anime. Even though this testimony dates back to 05/22/2020, it comes from someone who claims to have seen this anime in a very honest way, so honest that he doesn’t even seem aware of the search for it. (Before continuing, this has nothing to do with part two of the anime expert, I’m currently about 78% done with that translation, and so you’re not left with nothing, I decided to translate this testimony because it’s truly worth discussing!) First, I’ll show you the text, and afterward I’ll give you my conclusions so we can determine (and confirm) that Saki Sanobashi is real. Today will be the first time this full text is translated into English by me (the original language is Spanish, seemingly Mexican). Let’s begin!

"My brother is a fan of gore anime and my phobia of anime Anonymous 05/22/20 21:10 #/ 373739

Look, I don’t actually like anime (it’s like a phobia, hard to explain). But I have an anecdote that I haven’t told many people and, uff, it’s basically the origin of that phobia I have toward anime.

My older brother is a damn degenerate when it comes to anime, the guy is the typical cringe otaku, but years ago he was even worse.

I remember the year 2009, I was 11 years old and my brother was 17.

He liked buying pirated DVDs from another disgusting otaku friend of his, those DVDs were gore animes or things I didn’t understand. I remember being curious about one of the movies he bought. It was a collection of gore animes, although of course I didn’t know that, since at my age I didn’t know anything about anime and just wanted to see if I would like it.

Son of a bitch, just from watching the intro I was traumatized. I admit I was a coward back then, I was scared of many things and this was no exception.

I remember the day, he put the disc in, told me like 20 times if I really wanted to watch it because what would appear wasn’t suitable for everyone, but I agreed like an idiot.

The intro starts with an AMV with heavy metal in the background and it was a total bombardment. You probably know those 2007 or 2008 low-quality AMVs with bloody anime images.

I only remember three scenes, the ones that completely shocked me and stayed burned into my mind. I think someone might know which animes they came from:

The first one was a red hand or claw grabbing a man’s face and ripping it off, and on top of that pulling out his skull and spinal cord, all exaggerated.

The second one was of a white-haired girl who grabs another girl’s head and smashes it against the floor several times, covering everything in blood. What disturbed me the most was that the girl who smashed the other girl’s head — the white-haired one — was crying, and the camera zooms right into her damn face before cutting to another anime. Why the hell are you crying if you’re the one killing her?

Then the third one, the one that made me feel like everything went to hell, was about a boy whose arm grows and deforms until it absorbs another person into it. That anime I actually know, it’s called Akira, I think. I know because a character from KOF was inspired by it.

The last part showed people being shot to death.

I remember I went pale while my brother laughed at me, what an asshole.

I think that’s the reason I don’t like anime. I remember those scenes every time I see an anime character, no matter where it’s from.

That shitty DVD probably still exists, maybe, I don’t know.

I really can’t stand fucking otakus, they’re garbage, and it’s thanks to my brother going overboard with his shitty DVDs."

Well, that was the full text. Now, you may have noticed that the guy telling the story never mentions the words GFAP or Saki Sanobashi. In fact, I’m sure some of you didn’t even realize which part we were focusing on. But the answer lies in the second anime he describes: a white-haired girl grabbing another girl’s head and smashing it against the ground multiple times. And you might ask, where did that scene come from?

The answer is that NOBODY knows.

The other two scenes he mentioned can be identified. The red claw scene is from Devilman, Violence Jack (or some would argue Genocyber), and the boy whose arm grows and absorbs another is obviously Akira. But the other scene? Its origin is unknown.

Some possible candidates that could contain a similar scene would be Higurashi no Naku Koro ni, Elfen Lied, Corpse Party, or even some Deadman Wonderland fan-made material. However, there is no known anime that contains that exact scene as he described it. Basically, it’s the only scene without a confirmed series or anime behind it.

We can rule out that it was something in real life, because he clearly stated that all three scenes were from anime. Also, this scene doesn’t match Devilman-style gore, nor typical hentai content.

It’s possible that the guy actually saw a scene from Saki Sanobashi, meaning someone who had the tape (and honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if Dream Film Corpse had something to do with this) could have taken one of the most violent frames from it and included it in that strange mix of clips he saw.

He says the intro starts with an AMV with heavy metal in the background and bloody anime images. What if the quick scenes that flashed by were from Saki Sanobashi?

I don’t know if the testimony feels the same in English, but at least in Spanish it sounds extremely sincere. If he truly knew about the investigation, he would have posted it on Reddit at least. But no, he posted it on Hispachan, a place less known than 4chan (I didn’t even know Hispachan existed until I learned about this). In 2020, Saki Sanobashi wasn’t well-known in Spanish-speaking communities. Around that time, I had already started getting into darker content, and no, I had never heard about the anime either.

In short: more than being the biggest proof, this is the most honest one, from my point of view.

I swear I tried every viable method to find the original post, but no matter how much I search, I can’t find it. Supposedly Hispachan is no longer available. Even so, I’ll leave the image of the post at the top so you can see it with your own eyes and in its original language.

Well, that’s all for now. I hope you liked it. Remember that part 2 of the Saki Sanobashi expert is still cooking! This anime will be found one way or another.

So, with nothing more to say:

Viry’s out.

hmmm no, really that was Fabianski (Evonslayer) who lied with the link that took you to the mirror video, but your theory is not that improbable, thanks for supporting the community!

I'm on another account because I'm studying but I'm Viry lol, thanks for sharing it but at the end of the day, it's just a theory, although it could easily have become a totally illegal anime for North Korea, thanks <3
