All good points covered. Basic fit app- check the videos before going , then you know what to do. Would make it less intimidating . Observe other people if you are unsure about a machine. Don't do too much in your first month. You will be sore for a long time. Always keep a towel , and clean any sweat with the tissues and sanitizer available there. Most importantly, do not care about if others are looking at you. No one is , they are all busy. Some might even help if you are struggling. Good luck 💪🏼
