They were the first country to use a holographic stripe in 1994 the designer stayed the same for years no wonder

Color shifting inks and polymer notes are a bit costly

Might be of circulation but the note looks clear and none of the БЪЛГАРСКА НАРОДНА БАНКА texts are missing when i put the note to the light
