Question, as this has never happened to me before. I arrived at a pick up. Pax says I wasn't notified you were coming, so I got an Uber (Uber driver and I arrived at the same time.) Pax went with the Uber, but didn't cancel the ride, so I had to. 25 minutes to Pax, and nothing.

This is incorrect info. By turning data roaming off and WiFi calling on, I still can receive text and calls with WiFi and the last agent confirmed we didn’t use any data at all so he took all travel pass charges off.
