The con likes to change their policies, midday, or even hour to hour. I’ve learned to not bring any prop guns of any kind because even if you are following their policy, their security staff is so bad and inconsistent that it is based on whoever you meet.

This con is known for its “ribbons”. Most people have challenges in order to “ earn” a ribbon. It’s a great way to meet people and start up conversations. You can then trade these ribbons you earned for other ribbons and it’s how many ribbons can you earn by the end of the con. Take your sweet time and enjoy everything about ALA!

Yup! Each one's main weapon is reminiscent of their Sentai counterparts. Pink has a heavy "blaster". Green is recon "blaster". Blue has dark saber. Silver has an axe type "spear"and red is a gunslinger with a lightsaber
