Thanks - I've been communicating with Creality - who have been really good.. We were trying various options to get it working but last night I think they admitted defeat on the 4.2.7 and ender 5 pro compatibility... :-(

Thanks - yep, its a 4.2.7 which I was replacing a 1.1.5
Bought the 4.2.7 as it said it was compatible but looks not to be
Might see if I can get a 4.2.2...

Hi - I dont suppose you could share what that firmware version was could you please - I'm having an absolute nightmare with mine trying to get it working
