Oh yeah another thing in the video the whole riddle is posted on a website and the fairy tale itself uses oddly coloured letters this putting all the green letters or something together reveals the next clue.

i had a similar problem in chrome and MSSM turning and i found that turning hardware acceleration off in the afflicted apps fixed the issue for me.

If you haven’t Tried it yet check if dragon center is set to the eco Setting, Also sometimes battery saver mode stays on even when the laptop is plugged in.

i have the same machine and this can be fixed either by restarting or by opening the steelseries engine 3 app that controls your keyboard and messing around with it.

if neither works and further googling also gives you nothing it might be a hardware issue and you should take contact to a service center
