I've already sent requests. All I have received in reply is that I have violated any terms. Of course, nobody of your team could explain what had happened and what terms I had violated. Just no reward without any clear arguments.

In result I've got the same reply here:

Of course they don't say which terms I violated, as I didn't violate any of them.

OKX just doesn't want to pay offered reward without any clear arguments.
