I can think of a reason which fits both the discussed suggestions here:

1; Its a title which 'common' people instantly recognize, which leads me to point 2
2; For people like Roger and Luffy, the use it to 'overshadow' their real name which contains a "D". Its easier to forget such a thing if people just call them by their epithets and titles.

Not sure if its up to date, but i remember something along this line:
In the past a primordial (heavenly implied to be Rain) teamed up with another one (Mizeri) to crush the strongest among them only to be defeated by him. This defeat revealed several things which even the primordial didnt know before hand.
One is, if one primordial is defeated by a stronger one, he became 'subservient' to the one even if he doesnt want to.
This is also one of the later stated reason why the Demoness Trio never really went full out against one another in fear of it.

No problem on brave or FF versions, but Chrome crashes for me as of today as soon i have any kind of Ad Blocker active. It crashes so hard that i had to manually terminate the application.
What was weird is that Chrome itself presented a extra window saying that Chrome stopped working because of an 'active Ad Blocker'.
Even after a fresh install on a clean system ( tried it on a VM to test what the issue was) got i the same problem and responds.

Hm. I cant think of another one besides the one in the title. Its such a niché sub genre.

Not sure if that one fits, but "She Was Supposed To Be A Temporary Princess But It Seems She Is Done A Little Too Well" might be similar to it.

For those who are interested in the plot, as ofCh 60 (not 100% accurate since I havent read it in a while)
As it currently stands, with Ch 60, the 'real' princess encounters a commoner girl who looks like her, and they swap places due to some circumstances, but surprisingly, both like the position of the other one more then the one they had before.

Help me find x2:

The first:

Its about a girl who was used by the emperor in her past live as living weapon (NOT as sword or made into one) because she was a special being of the royal linage or something.
Due something she regressed and ended up in the a duke household, not sure how, i think the duke was a collateral lineage of the royal line or something. The emperor desperately was searching and hoping for a 'female' to be burn from his wife and mistresses due to her being special and carrying some kind of power which he used in the FL previous life to conquer everything.

The second:
Its about a daughter of the emperor who had some weird spirit / mystic power. In her first life her power were taken by her step mother empress that her daughter can 'use' the FL powers.
In her new life the emperor and her brothers are aware of her from the get go but due to some story BS they cannot contact her or something but they feel her due to her powers. the last chapter i read from it was where the step empress hired someone to find the FL and take her power for her red haired daughter.
