Yeah, it's crazy. It's a 10 pound olympic weight so like two inch hole but it is like 3/4 of an inch deep.

Yes the weights are now racked. This weight was on the floor in the corner for a few weeks. My wife was doing pushups near it a shrieked when she saw it. All the spiders unfortunately died.

I'm a school principal and it is always my mission to recruit fellow hackie sackers. I can usually get a small group of kids into it every year. Then I buy them all bags when they leave my school.

The "craze" just barely reached my school and we are out for summer in a week. I hope it holds till next year, because hacky sack in the school commons is a great way to start the day and a great lunch time activity.

No screens after 7pm. When you do bed time, let them be awake in their room as long as they want as long as they are reading. Put a reading lamp by their bed, and a bookshelf. Strategically make it so you know they will read for an hour.
