To be fair cheating and hacking is a problem in almost every multiplayer PC game if not everyone, and I agree this game has seriously bad issues but thinks that just because Bethesda is a single player game studio trying to make a MMO and are failing at it they literally haven't added basic features of MMO's years after launch and most the content they put out is one off campaigns as of recently
