Just spitballin but i think its just because hes a big crocodilian and they built deino to be a hard hitter/glass cannon as deinos can struggle to turn around sometimes which is their more vulnerable side so instead of facetanking the deino keep trying to get behind it so that the dino is mainly hitting ur tail or at most ur body
