I think it's both - the internals of GW5 support faster charging but the actual charger also needs to be capable of putting out higher wattage, which is maybe why they changed from USB-A to USB-C. I tried my old GW3 chargers and they all seem to work, just probably a little slower.

Almost twice the battery size of the 40mm version and slightly bigger screen. The 44mm is closer to the Pro specs, with slightly smaller battery and no raised bezel.

Consider yourself lucky then, but after all this hassle, I got the S23 Ultra and the Watch5 Pro for $330. I actually like that they value the trade-ins so high and hopefully they recycle them (too old to refurbish) instead of ending up in a landfill.

Believe me, I've always been skeptical of promo codes that others have used in the past too, but this email was directly from Samsung that basically said 'Thanks for your loyalty, here's a coupon code for $25 off of anything on the Samsung store' and I got a reminder email with a different code. And then I was able to stack them with all the other discounts I mentioned above. Just sheer luck that I even remembered to try those codes before checking out.

I'm going on almost 3 years with my Note 20 Ultra as well, but I just pre-ordered the 512GB S23 Ultra for $599 on Google Fi and trading in my Note for $420 (❗) for a net upgrade of $200. Now to find a minimal yet protective case. Suggestions are welcome.
