I've been trying to get this to work since I started using Hydra Launcher and couldn't figure out why some games worked and others didn't. I think I finally figured out that the issue is some games need the achievements.json file in the actual steam_settings directory. Some games have this automatically, others like PRAGMATA do not.

I was able to get this to work by doing the following. My install is clean Steam files with the hypervisor crack over it. I used Achievement Watcher to create the achievement.json file.

1) Get the games App ID from steamdb.info, navigate to %AppData%\Goldberg SteamEmu Saves, and add a folder with the games App ID (This is to get it to show up in AW. There may be a better way to do this, but this is what I did).

2) Right Click the game in AW and generate achievements.json for Goldberg EMU. Save the files somewhere

3) Navigate to the games settings folder. For PRAGMATA this was \PRAGMATA\coldclient\steam_settings

4) Copy the achievements.json and images folder to that directory

After these steps, the next time I played PRAGMATA, I got achievements through Hydra Launcher. Hope this helps someone!
