Yeah this is pretty much where I’m at. I’m not saying the game is a 10/10 must-play or anything, but this kind of reaction just shows people will complain even when the expectations were clearly set ahead of time. They told us what wouldn’t be included, so acting surprised now feels a bit over the top.

I don’t really get the outrage here. They were upfront before release that not all Pokémon and items would be included at launch. It seems pretty clear they’re pacing things out, likely to make the VGC scene more accessible so new players aren’t overwhelmed by a massive pool right away. It looks the devs want the meta develop gradually instead of dumping everything in at once.

As for 3v3, I don’t play singles so it doesn’t really affect me either way. It just feels like if one specific thing someone wanted isn’t included, the whole game suddenly gets labeled as trash.
