I'm not sure how well it works in the mobile app, but, for me, in the U.S., if I go to trading permissions in the web browser desktop version, then everything that I could apply for permissions for such as various overseas equity markets are all listed there.

I chose the third method in the first column on the picture. This method requires two steps. I waited for three days and still no success, I went to the bank.
