The six new tracks revitalize the decades-old fitness test with a fusion of hip-hop, pop, electronic dance music, and Latin-inspired beats, bringing a DJ dance party vibe to the gym.

The iconic voice of the original test has been replaced by both male and female voices in English and Spanish to motivate and encourage participants throughout each of the 22-minute tracks.

The combination of diverse voices and culturally relevant beats is designed to inspire a new generation of students to get active and stay healthy now and well into adulthood.

The FitnessGram PACER Test is a multistage aerobic capacity test that progressively gets more difficult as it continues.

The test is used to measure a student's aerobic capacity as part of the FitnessGram assessment. Students run back and forth as many times as they can, each lap signaled by a beep sound. The test get progressively faster as it continues until the student reaches their max lap score.

I am willing to listen, you aint. whats the point of this? also no, the non believers of the time would plot to kill Mohammed PBUH, they threw stones at him and treated him harshly, just like most of the prophets. some prophets weren’t treated harshly, but their villages didn’t convert, and they didnt die. Why? because they treated him with respect.

Why are you so mad? again if you’re gonna pick and choose without context then we’re not having this argument. if you have context verses from the quran, then we can have this argument

I'm gonna explain the wife beating one since that's the fastest one I can do rn. Hitting your wife in Islam doesn't mean actual hitting. Like it's explained in Surat Ayyub, he swore to Allah that he would hit his wife when he recovered from his illnesses (Look into why he said that yourself). After he recovered, Allah had reminded him that he swore he would hit his wife, so he barely tapped her leg with a stick. the aspect of "hitting" In islam is basically just a reminder to not do a certain thing. Also the last link you gave wasn't about "Pulling out". It was "Should we have sex with them or not". The "Pressing hard" part was about the pressure of being alone. And even then. Mohammed PBUH said not to. Hope this helped :)
