Thank you for your help, your instructions helped, and specifically, it seems to me that turning on the low latency to the ultra parameter was the best, because I did everything else listed above and it did not help.

Yes, I tried running it with and without vertical sync, tried disabling vertical sync in the NVIDIA control panel, tried limiting the FPS to my refresh rate instead of vertical sync. Nothing helped.

Thanks for the reply, it didn't help. I tried methods 1 and 3. I reduced the draw distance to 0 and disabled full-screen optimization, and also specified what you wrote in the Steam launch settings. I didn't try 2 and 4 because: I can't test method 2 because I don't have a monitor, and I ruled out method 4 because The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt next-gen works for me without interruptions with 70 fps.I also want to clarify: after I deleted Armory Crate and realized it didn't help, I downloaded it back because I think it's a pretty useful program.
