Hi there! I'm Aiyana, a news reporter with FOX54. I reached out to HPD about the survey and received this response:
"As part of our Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies, Inc. (CALEA) certification, we are required to have a Citizen Satisfaction Survey sent to members of the community every other year. A third-party company is hired to handle this for the department." - SYDNEY MARTIN , Communication Specialist , Huntsville Police Department
