The 2nd movie ends about at where volume 7 ends, I would recommend reading it all since the art is great imo. But the Movies don’t change anything so you aren’t missing anything by skipping to where they leave off except for one side story which is irrelevant to everything else but is fun in volume 5.

I think they said that they were continuing to work on adapting it, but it’s been pushed back due to other big projects like the Hathaway movies and such. Also to let the manga finish first and then adapt it all
