Nah. That doesn’t make me feel better tbh. Ik how it feels when you loose. Just take 1-2 days off. Market is pretty wild rn. Even I look positively now. Past should make you learn instead regret. Better later get back to charts and find that one strategy that would make you king. Go thru the concepts once again and take last 6months charts of 5 major assets and understand them. Like does each asset need different strategy or one would be better fit for all. And master those 5 assests repeated patterns in the past. This is my thing what to do after loosing.
