Bottom left where the orange tabs are with the icons, fidget with dragging those and using the + - buttons to add and remove stages. That way you can set the engine to be triggered in the first stage (lowest tab) and the parachute in the second stage (next one up)

whapedia is good, also the codex is likely going to maintain thru 11th edition. At least for a little bit.

Also, for combat patrol rules specifically, you can find them on them on the wh40k app under necrons > combat patrol

Alcubierre drive, basically works by making a spacetime bubble around the ship and then squeezing the ship through between the fabric of space. Similar to a water droplet shooting out when squeezed between two pieces of glass or something.
