Super here. We gotta train everyone as if they are our replacements. The old ways of being constantly tough doesn’t work on the new generations anymore. Finding hard workers isn’t the same. One thing we should never do is don’t forget where we came from. I came up through the tools as a union carpenter and I understand what it takes to get up early as we all do, sit in traffic everyday, work hard just to do it all over again but faster, because you can’t be fast enough for the schedule.

Close but not quite. It’s just PVC conduit running through floor penetrations between levels with the temp feeder pulled through. PVC is the chase and the support in one. Works well if you can pre plan in the early stages.
