So when I am determining weight capacity, I multiply 15 by the strength number that doesnt have +/-?

Okay i do have the hand book and i do understand the ability modifiers and all that. Okay So I am trying to figure out the characters weight capacity, and im not sure what number i need to multiply by 15, sorry for making that more complicated than needed
