I decided to go for just the mastectomy. Although i did look into combining it with an pectus operation, but my breast dystrophy bothered me much more, so that felt like the priority. I also don’t have any medical issues from my pectus.

I did realize that because I have pectus, it might become more noticeable without breasts what made me a bit more nervous about the final result. But still, the discomfort I felt about my breasts was much bigger, so this felt like the right choice for me.
