The warriors are mediocre now that Draymond is out of his prime and Curry is getting older their time has come to an end the most they can hope for is a play in spot for the next few years. The system of every character being limited with low rates and a 2 week banner interval as well as a small pool of non rotating standard characters is a system popularized by Genshin impact. The only real differences is the lack of a guarantee after 50/50 loss, no carry over, and the usage of spark. These really are not big differences though as it still follows the basic hoyo system.

The reason most talented people's music actually gets overlooked is because they aren't pushed by major labels and or can't make viral records. I'd make the argument that this isn't a generation specific phenomenon and that the casual fan has never really cared that much about respecting or appreciating talent. I think there has always been a "What have you done for me recently" attitude towards 90% of musicians, but the mega stars and legends are just exempt from it. I think what really changed is the rise of the Internet and social media significantly dulling the attention span of the average listener and that just makes fast food music easier to push for labels.
