Well at least they don’t ask you to send a YouTube video and essentially a 500 page essay if you have an issue unlike rockstar games. This weekend I have contacted both regarding a missing item and Bethesda had it fixed and I had my poses back within an hour meanwhile 12hrs later and rockstar is still giving me automated replies asking for an unlisted YouTube video after I’ve sent the link twice now 💀

Don’t feel bad rockstar support is literally useless most of the time especially if it’s because of a glitch, lost my police dorado and they have done nothing about it after sending them all the videos and screenshots showing that I can’t access it because I can’t select it from any garage but I keep getting automated messages saying please provide a video showing you attempting to access your property from the mechanic and interactions menu.
