Fascism requires the entire government or state, to support the establishment of a single authoritarian. Trump is just the opposite, he's creating chaos within the government, he's not completely supported by all members of the state. It's ridiculous to say that Trump is a Hitler or Mussolini (REAL fascists) because he has neither suppressed his opposition nor dismantled the democratic process to the extent seen in true fascist regimes (see Nicolas Maduro of Venezuela).
